• Prototype Test Series
  If required, we produce individual pieces before actual production begins, which you can, for example, subject to quality control in your materials laboratory.
• Pre-inspection of Workpieces We check your workpieces for material properties and excessive contamination and contact you immediately if any problems arise.
• Continuous Monitoring of the Coating Process Our coating expert regularly checks the progress and quality of the material application.
• Comprehensive Post-inspection After the coating process, a random inspection is carried out to ensure a uniform coating result.
• Immediate Contact with the Customer in Case of Problems If any problems arise or are foreseeable, we will contact you immediately to coordinate further action.
